  • Submit an application through our free website programme form (organisation name, contact person's name, email address, phone number, website URL if any, description of your cause, and your website requirements).
  • Contact us via email regarding the programme.

We also automatically collect non-personally identifying analytics data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including pages visited, session duration, device type, and general geographic region. This data is anonymised and never identifies you individually.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To evaluate your application and determine eligibility for the free website programme.
  • To communicate with you about your application status and the project.
  • To coordinate and deliver the website build should your application be accepted.
  • To understand how visitors discover and use this website in order to reach more non-profits (via anonymised analytics).

We will never use your information for unsolicited commercial marketing. Application data is used solely for programme administration purposes.

We use no advertising or retargeting cookies. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile (a privacy-preserving CAPTCHA alternative) on our application form to prevent spam submissions. Turnstile does not track users for advertising purposes.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or adjusting your browser's cookie settings.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share limited data only with:

  • Google Analytics — for anonymised website usage data.
  • Cloudflare — for Turnstile CAPTCHA validation and website security (Cloudflare's privacy policy applies).

Application data is retained for up to 2 years after your last interaction with us, or as required by applicable law. If your application is accepted and a project is completed, we may retain project-related correspondence for up to 3 years. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in GA4. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data.
  • Deletion — request that we erase your personal data.
  • Objection — object to our processing of your data.
